RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Iracema! We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items cannot be refunded. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at  and we will be happy to assist you.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
